Everyone likes to have fun, right? And everyone likes to receive free prizes and gifts, too. Well, we have both fun and free stuff right here for you.
We are pleased to announce our Virtual Scavenger Hunt contest. Winners who correctly answer 3 questions will receive FREE copies of the business book titled: “Hermanisms: Axioms for Business and Life“, written by John L. Herman.
Here’s how it works. Below are 3 questions. You can “hunt” for the answers on Herman’s website, Hermanisms.com:
- 1. Which “Hermanism” is provided as the featured excerpt from the Hermanisms book on Herman’s website? Is it Hermanism #9, #11 or #47?
- 2. What classic tale was Herman’s other book, The Innkeepers Tales, modeled against?
- 3. What is Hermanism #4?
Once you have located the answers to all 3 questions, email the answers along with your name and mailing address, to hermanismscontest@gmail.com.
Books will given away on a first come, first served basis, so submit your answers early. We have a whole case of books to give away – lots of readers will get books. Open to readers anywhere in the world.
For background: Herman is recognized as an expert in the sale of financially troubled companies and just recently, he appeared as a guest on the Small Business Trends Radio Show where he shared insider tips on how to buy a business at a bargain. In the interview, he also discusses the book and shares personal stories and some “hermanisms” or bits of business wisdom. Also check out the short review of the Hermanisms book we did last year.

We’ve gotten quite a few completed questions — congrats to all. Although apparently one of the questions is harder than it seems.
But I understand from Staci that we still have a good number of books left. So, keep at it.

Good to hear that I’m not too late Anita. I will have to try my hand at this. Who doesn’t like a freebie, especially since books can get expensive if you love to read.
