Movie: Spotting Trends Affecting Small Businesses
To accompany my in-person speaking gigs, I created a 3-minute slideshow movie. It outlines some of today’s mega-trends that are affecting small businesses. It also gives some pointers on how you can identify trends to take advantage of them in your business. Click on the image to launch the movie:
I used the Viral Click online service (currently in Beta) to create the movie. Many thanks also to Lynne Meyer, who helped select the images and music and whose help was invaluable.

HI Anita,
Its a great video, Anita. Brief, concise.
Maybe adding a human voice may make it even better …. If there is a voice behind ( not exactly saying the same things that the subtitles, but maybe saying the same things in a different way.)
I particularly like that phrase “word of mouth is trumping advertising”

Thank you, Wilson! I appreciate the feedback very much. That’s a great idea about a voice recording — I will look into that.
Best,
Anita

Anita,
Great video, it captures alot in a short presentation. While it focuses on new ways of doing business, it emphasizes an old adage…take time to think about the future.

Hi Anita!
Awesome… I wonder if it could be downloadable, so that I can show it to my group of associates? …And, are there any previous movies that i can watch?
Keep us inspired.
